The
Club was well represented at this year's Woking Classic Car Show
with 17 cars displayed. For those of you who have not been to the show
it is held in the shopping precinct with jazz bands playing and a vast
number of shops to visit just in case you get tired of looking at cars.
There was a canal with colourful barges to view and you could if
you wished go for a half-hour boat ride. This formula made for a
different type of car show and a very pleasant day for all those taking
part. Charlie Thorn, one of our members, received an award in the
form of a rosette with 'highly recommended' on it for her 500 Gianni
Fiat.
