The
2002 National Weekend was held over a three day period on the 25, 26 and
27 of October. The first two days based at the Shillingford Bridge
Hotel, Oxford and the third day The Heritage Motor Centre Gaydon. On
Saturday we held a photographic rally organised by Simon Ryle in the
morning and a Dinner and Dance in the evening. Prizes were given out for
last year's events on the Saturday evening and the day was very
enjoyable.
Sunday morning and we all set off for Gaydon. This was the Sunday of the
very high winds which rather put a downer on things, but nevertheless a
surprising number of people turned up and I think those who made the
trip
enjoyed it.
