The
2004 Show at the Hop Farm (Paddock Wood) was up to it's usual standard.
The weather wasn't very nice, cold at times, high wind with some rain showers on the Saturday. Things looked up and were much better on the Sunday.
Bad weather or not, it did not stop our intrepid Spider owners, 8 of whom camped on Saturday night.
Despite this being the height of summer it was a cold night and I did not envy them.
The Fiat Motor Club (GB) had a very good display of cars which was a credit to both David Iles and Ben Ellis, who between them organised the Spider Registers presence. I think we had as many 124s as we have ever shown and I look forward to next year in the hope of even more or perhaps of the appearance of some cars from the Continent.
