Meeting at Paddock Wood
Hop Farm 6-7 July 2002
These photos give some idea
of the fantastic turnout for this event. We counted fourteen
124's over the weekend, with at least twelve showing on the
Sunday.
Could this possibly be the largest
gathering of 124's ever in the UK? Perhaps not but it was
certainly an impressive display and made all the better by the support
of so many other Club members and their varied cars. This
brought the Fiat Club's entry up to about 30 and we are grateful to
all the Committee members for their support and hard work.
Our thanks also to everyone who
supported the event, especially those who travelled long distances.
All the cars were excellent and the Fiat Club stand/display was
rewarded by winning 2nd place in the show.
It would be good to turn the
spotlight on the 124's at another event next year, so if you have any
ideas please let us know. We hope to invite the
124 owners in Holland and Germany, so this really could be the
largest turnout ever of these lovely classic cars!
