The
2003 Essex Run and Barbeque at Ashwell's Country Club took place on
Sunday 15th June. The Fiat Motor Club (GB) were joined by the Alfa
Romeo Owners Club and the Ferrari Club. There were 50 people and about
20 cars cluttering up the roads and streets of Essex for a couple of
hours. They all got back without incident. The Ferraris did not go out
on the run afraid of losing I suppose. Anyway they all had the
Bar-B-Q and a good time was had by all.
Gavin Bushby got first prize, Nicki and Mark from the Alfa Club were
joint second with Ivan and Linda Crowly. Peter Barbrook was third.
